Fentanyl is strongest opiate that isnt elephant tranquilizer. Which is also a form of fentanyl.
There are about 5 perscription opiates much more powerful than heroine. You can just get H without any filler like pills.

Yeah, I understand all that. There’s 10,000 100mg doses of heroin in a kg.
There’s between 8 and 20 actuations of fentanyl in each of those vials=6,000-15,000 actuations. A dose can be 1-4 actuations. Do the math and this isn’t some kind of record bust.

I remember Fentanyl patches being a thing 2002-3 people would wear them under clothes, the junkies would eat the gel out the inside.
