My company stocks the G-2's so that is what I like and use. I used to be a Mont Blanc guy for years but after losing a couple I punted on high dollar pens.

Zebra Z-grip Flight.

Once you've used these, you'll never go back.

Retractable
Or with cap

I have at least a dozen customers a day ask me if they can have mine or where they can get this pen. It's that awesome.

The pens at FedEx office. Anytime I'm there, a handful are coming home with me.

Over rated. Should be re-categorized as jewelry only. Can you really tell Mont Blac writing from the others?

Get you a Benchmade pen. I have one that I've had for 4 years. Good stuff.

Can never go wrong with the Pilot G-2.

I also keep one of these around for paperwork that has the white, yellow, and pink copies.

Personally I use a uni-ball vision exact. However Bic makes many fine writing devices.

Meisterstück Solitaire Blue Hour LeGrand. I use it everyday taking orders at Applebees. Fine dining demands fine writing instruments.
