Recommend someone to build a patio

I want a screened in patio built in my backyard. I need to get concrete poured for it as well. Probably in 10'x 40' range. I'm in Luling.

It is called a lanai, bc apparently ppl in FL don't like fricking bugs and gave it an actual name. I sit on my lanai every night and watch the sun set.
