Recent homebuyers-best website to find homes

Looking in 70005. But there hasn't been many new homes to come on the market in a month or so. Thinking either:
A. People are not listing right now or
B. The market is so hot homes are not making it to the websites.

Your thoughts?

Realtor.com and/or app

Zillow and Trulia are good too but the homes all show up on Realtor first. They could be gone by the time they show up on Zillow or Trulia.

Realtor.com has the best and most current information imported from the MLS. Between that and FSBO.com you should see all the latest that the market has to offer.

I wouldn't bother looking anywhere but the MLS for your area...

Zillow, For Sale By Owner, & have a realtor to send you mls listings
