You don’t know much about how this works do you?

Realtor isn’t a 9-5 job M-F. It’s a 24 hour a day 7 day a week, 365 day a year profession if you want to be good at it. Most of it is done at an office, or better yet at home. A power recliner and a laptop is a pretty good combination.

I did over 500 showings last year, will probably top 700 this year. I step out of restaurants to take calls, answered texts and emails waiting in the line for Avatar at Disney.

The job never sleeps. Get woken up at 2am by a client worried about something in your job? I do

You are correct. Just typing too fast to think I guess. Yep, not much incentive at all.

I’m not a realtor but have one just like you that is great at his job. I get fast responses and turnarounds on showings for properties. He understands my goals and is ready for the ride and meets my needs better than numerous other realtors I’ve worked with that don’t want to deal with cheaper properties I want to buy and rent out. He’s been very honest with me on some properties because the trust matters more than anything. A good realtor knows that people can see through the bull shite more times than not.

7/10 realtors are sketchy trash.
I find it interesting that a large % of Realtors are unable to correctly pronounce the name of their own profession.

I’ve had good ones lately. My first experience with one when I sold my house in BR , not so good. She was a damn crook. I wish I could remember her name I’d out her.

My last experience with a realtor was back in 2019.
She had a great reputation in our neighborhood. So when I inherited a house I called her. The house sold within 48 hours and this was two weeks before Christmas. Will we use her again? Yes!!

A house that sold fast, would have probably sold in 2 days if you had just stuck it on FSBO.

Realtors are nothing more than a protection racket, should have been broken up by RICO long ago.
