Real estate question

There is a land locked property behind my property. There is an ingress/egress easement on my land allowing access to the property.
So long as I do not block ingress/egress, am I the party who can decide what the easement looks like, in other words I decide the driveway material and landscaping.
I assume I could also just leave it as is (grass) if I desired?

Generally, you can do as you wish as long as it's reasonable to the use.

It's not land locked because there is a servitude.
