It is fantastic. Would probably put Charleston Grill or Hall's above it though.

I am partial to Saints Talk though now that Nick Underhill is not a host, I find the quality is less. he had some great insights as he was covering the Saints as press

Yes I am in, and no there are no formal or informal bars. There is a Cajun restaurant in park Circle called Lola that sometimes has a gathering of fans.
I prefer to watch at home usually so haven't gone recently.

Appreciate the input and the excellent rhyme/song of a plumber. Looks like the leak is between the house and meter so digging up the yard

No sand but the meter box if full of water and rusty colored so the water coming out the yard into the street has a rust color. No color changes to water in the house.

I know it's my responsibility just didn't want to chase down leaks in the house if the issue was in the yard. I'll have someone come take a look.
Yes, my yard is wet but seems to only be near the meter so hopefully not too far from that point.
Appreciate the input. The water company just didn't seem to think it would be a pipe in my yard on my side of meter. They were convinced it was a toilet inside but we don't have any leaks that I have discovered.

Yeah so that's what I'm worried about. The water company said I probably have a leak inside the house but didn't make sense to me that the water would be leaking at the meter in the yard.

Can a slow leak inside a house cause a leak at the water meter outside?
I'm not sure I'm getting a correct answer from our water company. It seems pretty clear that we have a small but steady leak at our meter in our front yard. Water company came out and said the leak isn't on their side of the meter so we should check for leaks in the house. I've yet to identify one although one of our toilets might be leaky.

Real estate question
Posted by geauxtigers8482 on 6/24/17 at 8:34 pm
There is a land locked property behind my property. There is an ingress/egress easement on my land allowing access to the property.
So long as I do not block ingress/egress, am I the party who can decide what the easement looks like, in other words I decide the driveway material and landscaping.
I assume I could also just leave it as is (grass) if I desired?

After hiking to Grinnell Glacier, have dinner at the Cattle Baron Supper Club in Babb.
While my memory might be influenced from being tired and hungry after hiking, it's the best steak I've ever had.

Mr.Perfect,
In re: insurance, this is a single family home. It looks as if typical homeowner's insurance won't cover "business" activities. Sounds as if short term rentals are business as opposed to long term rentals, which our current policy does cover.
What type of insurance concerns should we have if we go this route?

Thanks, our intent would be to use profits to pay the mortgage off early. The interest rate is relatively high.

We have a property management company that will be handling all of this.
Vacation rental protection from liability
Posted by geauxtigers8482 on 12/29/15 at 10:48 pm
I own a single family home that we will be listing for short term vacation type rentals.
In order to protect from liability, would it be best to establish an LLC or simply purchase an umbrella policy. Property is in South Carolina.
Wife and I are currently listed on the mortgage.
