Well this is enlightening. According to this guy, the issue with kids getting killed in the urban environment is because "Ni#&^'s ain't got no aim!"
WARNING-Prolific use of the N word but it appears to be with an A and by a black guy so I guess it is OK.
Never the less, fairly interesting take on the subject by someone who lives the life.

my solution is simple and would work easily. Punish the absolute hell of people that commit gun crimes. You start slapping them with mandatory life sentences for armed robberies and mandatory death for murder and you'll see gun violence decrease significantly.
