As i said before, our approach to the problem is totally wrong. We focus too much on prevention of gun crimes that actually coming down hard on them. Why not, i don't know, make violent gun crimes punishable by death? Frick all these 20 and 30 year sentences, just hang them and get it over. And don't give me this shite about their rights because you know who doesn't hqve anymore rights? The dead victim. The solution is simple

Ok, you've hooked me. Please explain how the war on drugs caused this homicide.

I am just surprised he got shot in the chest and not the head. Can't say he didn't have a heart though because that was a lot of blood.

I sort of agree with this, but the possibility of someone being wrongly convicted makes enacting something like that impossible.

What did they do about the "White on White" crime in 1920's or 30' s Chicago?

As I recall, the white people started riots and blamed others. White people took the streets chanting "white lives matter". Politicians were outraged and flags were banned. The media swept everything under the rug.

With forensic technology being what it is today, wrongful conviction possibilities aren't as likely as they were 20 years ago

Head shot wouldn't have hurt him. It was empty. Didn't you read those weak arse lyrics? He's regurgitating the same garbage 95% of the same shite other rappers sing about.

The real problem started when Chicago tore down all the projects and gangs dispersed into neighborhoods all over. The smaller factions of gangs are now killing each other off mainly due to the booming drug business financed by the Mexican cartels. Thanks to an inept mayor like R. Emanuel pushing his gun control law liberal agenda, it appears the situation in the Windy city will only get worse before it gets better. All lives matter... but if you choose to play the game, you better know the rules.

Sit around on message boards making callous comments about a young man's death & making up terms like " Black on black " crime ?

He didn't make up the term "black on black" crime. It dates back to at least 1973 when EBONY magazine wrote an editorial speaking out about it and calling for action.

So the term in not new or recently made up. It is real and apparently "made up" by a black person who was concerned about the alarming incidence of crime in the black community.

The editorial specifically mentioned Chicago and the street gangs there. LINK
