The guy clapping reminded me of the video of some tribesman trying to wake up a friend who got knocked out by rubbing his dick.

Did a rebel flag waving white guy shoot him? No? Then nobody cares
You left off that he was carrying an AR 15 and also punched a girly gay boy after the shooting.

Nah, just notoriously dishonest crime reporting (see Freakonomics).

I guess clapping is the way to un-kill people now. Upset I didn't get the memo

That video is painful. What is going on in Chicago is an American Tragedy. Really is. Brings me close to tears

Agree 100%. StrongSafety may be an ignorant bigot, but that doesn't make the responses in this thread any less messed up. Like you said, there was no way anyone in this thread knew whether or not he had this coming.

I'm serious. It's a slaughter field out there, and so many young people are losing their lives. So much potential squandered and lost. It's truly heartbreaking

You reap what you sow. Wanna be a thug? Go for it.
Nobody outside of that neighborhood in Chicago cares about this dude, and nobody in the neighborhood will remember any of it next week
Eta: Keep it up Chicago. I like your method of population control

Murder rate is really not much worse than when they started keeping stats in the 1930's.
When Capone & other gangs were having running automatic machine gun battles in the streets of Chicago there were no cell phone cameras.
Rarely heard " White on white" crime used to describe the St Valentines Day murder & thousands of others.

Zero fricks given. Please keep blindly voting for the democrats, it's working out sooooooo well for your people.

I think if people had an answer it would be done by now.
SS is right. That video is sad and is a straightforward look at despair in many black communities. Its more of a symptom of poverty than skin color but people don't understand that in South Louisiana unfortunately.

Probably because it's 2015, and organized crime by the mafia is well documented, and is, for all intents and purposes, confined to the annals of history. Anything else you would like to use to deflect?

I agree it is sad. And I agree if answers were easily available they would have been done by now. But I despair over the simplistic answers that are proposed every day. The WWE mentality of our political leadership (good versus evil et al). Rather than searching for answers they are casting blame. And people continue to be killed. It is time to take a hard look at oursleves and own this problem. Stop blaming others and be a part of the solution.

Maybe they should worry more about these painful issues and what's going on in the present, and not a about the past.. Last time I checked a flag, or dead Confederate generals aren't killing anyone..
