Lot of fat shaming in this thread. Many of us people of size have tried lots of diets and workout plans and we just can't get the weight off. Fact of the matter is if you have large genetics you're probably stuck with the weight

Seemed like a nice guy but his comedy was terrible on Roast Battles. So much so that I felt bad for the guy and he was competing against amateurs.

Never heard of him, but that sucks for his kids, and friends and family.
I had a friend, female, who was very overweight, got pneumonia, and died unexpectedly from sepsis in the hospital at age 43. She wasn't 300 pounds or anything, but she was a good 250. In terrible shape physically. She left a husband and three kids and a million friends who loved her.
What sucked is that in her 20s she was a 105 lb. model.
I'm a pretty fricking big guy about to turn 50, and I've realized that if I want to see 55, I need to make changes, and I'm down 20 pounds in the last month or so.; Got a long way to go.
Scares the shite out of me when I see fat people younger than me die.
