There was a time I mentioned Canes in the same breath as CFA when it came to customer service. Not the case any more. Food quality has held steady at Caes from what I can tell. Haven’t noticed the smaller portions to too large of an extent, still fills me up. Agree about Zaxby’s though.

Zaxbys is horrible compared to Canes. I can't fathom how people prefer Zaxbys.
Their tenders are soggy and tastes like they were frozen then warmed up in a microwave. And salty as hell.
