Have you considered the Washington Monument in DC? It's not technically a "seafood restaurant" and it's a bit outside of houma, but it's definitely worth checking out.

Big Mike's is pretty damned good BBQ. At least compared to a Vodoo type place.

1921 and Cajun Critters have the best boiled seafood in my opinion.
