Not exactly, no; your percentages are still way off. But the end result is correct, so feel free to share that at least.
Here’s the binomial distribution formula:
n is 10, p is .0188 (which is .04x.47), q is .9812 (which is 1-.0188). You need to calculate the value for x=1, x=2, x=3, all the way up to x=10, and then add those probabilities together. That’s your probability of contraction for 10 dicks once each. I’m not going to actually go through with calculating all 10 values, but I’m certain that the sum of them is greater than 0.04.
For 1 dick 10 times, the probability will converge to a value that’s almost exactly 0.04, so that gives you a lower probability.
Easiest solution is just to not do either though. Leave those aggie days behind you now that you’re on the way to the MBA

Obviously, you came to the right place.
If you go with 10 guys, once each then that is 1.88% for each one, with a total 17.3% probability of getting AIDS.
If you go with 1 guy 10 times then the odds of getting AIDS is slightly less than 4%. 4% is the max because that's the odds that he has it. You could blow him 10,000 times and your cap will still be 4%.
