That makes them sound like they'd be licking windows if they weren't taking pills.

Yep... Mental thing.

Use the adderrall power to help you focus on eating

But for real, just sit down at lunch time and make yourself eat. That's what I do. After a while you get used to eating at that time or whatever and it becomes easier.

And I can drink water or Gatorade all day on adderrall... Probably the most hydrated person in the world because my adderrall makes me crazy thirsty

Then ANY question you have should be directed at your prescriber.

If I eat right when I take it, it doesn't affect my appetite as much.

That's a very common side effect. I've taken it for awhile now and it no longer surpresses my hunger. If you start losing a lot of weight the doc may take you off of it.

20 mg twice a day. No energy boost but the clarity can make it seem that way, like a fog has been lifted. It does decrease my appetite though a good deal of that is due to being focused as all get up on my current task. I eat small portion meals breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Stimulants give me a voracious appetite and I end up gaining weight. I don't care for them much anyway but have to take them sometimes(prescribed).

Idk if you are on XRs but I hated those so I only take 20mg instant release.

I don't get why anyone would want to still be on it when they workout or are doing anything other than working. The SE's just aren't worth a full day on it
