If the whole plant is dead, then no you cannot bring it back to life. Cut away the dead part towards the base, and you may get regrowth if the cold weather didn't get the roots. It really depends on the type of plant you are dealing with.

I had two wax myrtles mysteriously die, before the freeze, strange
