I've planned a trip to Wrigley field which I have been dying to go to for years. Now I am. I bought great seats. I originally was going to get tickets for a May game; read that it would be cool (don't want cool) so I bought tickets for June vs the Diamond Backs. Once again... may be really cool (or rain).

Now, I looked at the yearly climate data in Chicago and it says 60F in June is possible.

Overall, I'm worried because I really don't want this to be rained out or cold.

I'm anxious because I fear a rain out, much like my trip to Oriole Park and Busch Stadium.

What is the weather in early June in Chicago?

Holy shite I mean I hate cold weather but is 60 degrees really too cold to sit at a baseball game and drink beer?

I would just cancel the whole trip. It might rain.

Dude. Mid-April would be a time to worry. You are probably not going to do much better any other time in summer.

i guess it's possible it could be 60 but that's unlikely. And uh, yeah it rains sometimes .

MLB averages 12 rain outs a year over the last decade, I think your chances of going are good...

The teams with historically low numbers of rainouts are the Dodgers (rained out just 17 times in over 48 years) and the San Diego Padres, rained out only once in their 42-year history.

Early June is fine.

Even during most of May (except last year), your chances would have more hit than miss for nice weather.

We have had a very warm winter so far, and I expect that will continue into the spring and summer.
