when the cop takes your license for 30 days, where can you expect to "pick it up" once it comes back?

I know it isn't mailed to your home.

has anyone had experience with this?

License is suspended for 90 days on a first offense.

Not sure where you physically pick it back up though.

I always see people saying this, but if you get pulled over with a suspended license you are fricked anyway. A peice of plastic isn't going to help out

you get issued a 30 day paper thing

your lawyer usually has to go to court within in 30 days for this reason

however, i would go to DMV and get a new one ASAP.

Wild guess but if he picked up a phone and called the court house, I have a feeling they can get him in the right direction

yep.

however, i have had times where giving a cop a license has helped avoid the questions of where is your license, etc etc etc

i just think it benefits you more hurrying up and getting a new license bf its entered into the data base

If it was suspended you have to apply for a new one, should be a form on the county DMV's website.

And congratulations on ruining your life, glad you didn't kill me.
