This may constitute harassment at my employer depending on how you handle it next. It is best to never mention it ever again

Tell her how you haven't had much luck on there and ask if she has done better.
An intentional friend zone may be your best move.

We had a speaker at work a while back on employment law. He said more folks get fried now day as a result of on-line dating sites than anything else. His recommendations were not to touch this type of internet activity.
I would never speak of this again.

Tell her that bikini pic makes you wanna waste a few knuckle children on her face.
In a professional manner of course.

Send her a pic of your junk.

Leave it alone. She's obviously not interested in you. This could turn out poorly for you at work as well. Be very careful.

This is the correct answer. If you friend zone her she will wonder why. Then she will turn it into a competition to see if she can win you over.
Be extremely nice to her but say nothing that could be misconstrued. She will be humping your leg within two weeks.

why does it matter and why does it need to be a secret?
God the backwoods thinking of the south is sometimes laughable.
Because its not his place to tell the office she is on a dating site.
And its possible she would like to keep that private. If not she can tll him it doesn't matter or she can make it public.
How is that backwoods?

This happened to me with a woman at work. I didn't wink at her on Match, but I went to her office and teased her a little and we had a good laugh about it.
Disclaimer... She has been a coworker for years so I knew I could tease her and get away with it.

The backwards thinking I was referring to in the south is that many still try and look down on online dating or it should be kept secret.

A trip to HR is in your future. That could be sexual harassment especially if the is a no dating co worker policy, regardless if it was a date or not.

Geez is online dating still supposed to be embarrassing?

Do you have a phone number?
The only answer is to send her a dick pic.
