Sometimes you need a loft to hide a side piece.
But seriously it's expensive in big cities where people end up paying house notes per person for an ok apartment.

I moved in with another dude after getting divorced in my late 20s. That lasted about 2 months before I had to get my own place. I don’t know how it’s possible.

Im 27, live alone
I dont have many bills and I'm able to put $1500+ back a month in savings... would be awesome to cut my rent in half, but my privacy is nice. Would not like to live with anybody else if possible
