There's been a new crew homesteading at Siegen and Industriplex now.
They know the light cycles and how many cars it takes to fill up the turning lanes.
They walk back and forth and know where to stop as not to miss out on a mark or get the same mark twice.

One has a lime green iphone case. Watched him make his way down a line of stopped traffic with his sign. As he got to the end the light turned green and people pulled away he pulled out his phone sending a text as he walked back towards the light waiting for a new group to line up. Was 3-4 of them under the overpass hanging out waiting on their shift I guess

I just threw a number out there. If someone gives them a few dollars then they get some change from several others, that can easily equal close to $5.. Then, I am sure every once in awhile someone wants to give them something then realizes all they have is a $5 or $10 bill on them so they give them that.... Like I said, I was just saying on average. There might be times when they don't get $0.15, but other times they might clean up $20.. Either way, even if they average $1 a cycle, and work 40 hrs a week, that's over $60k a year.
