This is the real issue with these meds for severely obese people - is that it doesn’t change the discipline or lack there of that leads to weight gain. My gastroenterologist said the people that lose the most weight are the ones who have the worst side effects and are sick most of the time, so they essentially can’t eat.

I took Zepbound and didn’t have any side effects and my weight loss was very slow because I hadn’t addressed the fact that so often I wasn’t eating because I was hungry - I was eating because my habits were shite and i had poor discipline.
