I vaguely remember all the hype that went into that prior to them releasing it.
And then it was terrible. So they came back with “classic” coke, but there was a whole summer of ppl arguing about what was better. “New coke or classic coke”.
Who knows maybe it was a brilliant marketing campaign.

Not sure why you consider this a fail. I have a container of sweet relish in the fridge for hotdogs. It's perfect out of this squeeze tube container.
