Just had mine. Necessary evil I guess.
Thought I'd lighten things a bit.

Is it 40 or 50 when I need to get probed?

Colonoscopy is really no big deal. Well worth it, if they find anything and its early a billion times better than it progressing.

This, but one of my brothers died from colon cancer at 40. When in at 35 and they found a shite load of polyps. I have to do it every two years and they find polyps every time. Both Mom and Dad had colon cancer along with many other family members.
Been passed due about a year for me.

Pretty sure it's 50, but I held out until 65. My urologist had just lost his father in law and his suggestion to me to have it done was quite heartfelt and moving.
It's not a lot of fun but it's tolerable and a good diagnostic.
