Had the oil changed by a shop, the guy forgot to reinstall the drain plug.
I know the shop owner, he got a short block, new motor.

It's written on their work order that they did a radiator check. When I broke down they next day and opened the opened the hood, the radiator cap wasn't there. No one else touched the under the hood.
