If her parents are millionaires, she didn't receive a Pell Grant.

Just read in the Wash Post that the admin caved to the protestors and made a request to the Board of Trustees to remove Wilsons name from buildings, rename the school, and cover his mural on campus.
They are also going to require a "diversity" class in order to graduate.

I highly doubt the board approves it. To remove the name of a freakin' President of the United States from everyone on campus....that is insanity.
I wonder if Wilson's family gives to the university. I wonder if they still have any impact.

Now THAT is bullshite.

That's the most random thing I've ever heard.

How long before someone sues over the creation of exclusive safe spaces or cultural centers? i just don't see how they are legally going to be able to use public funds to create such spaces and then deny use of them to certain students.
I guess anyone who challenges this will immediately be deemed a racist

Did you read the article you linked? He didn't say what you posted. He said that it would be taken under consideration.

He agreed to write to the chair of the board of trustees to discuss Wilson’s legacy, including the group’s request that his name be removed, and for the board to collect information from the campus community about the name.

That would violate First Amendment Rights. The First Amendment protects "symbolic speech" -- nonverbal expression whose purpose is to communicate ideas. Symbolic speech includes works of art.

Last years graduating class was the first class to not have to pay a dime for their Princeton degree. All are covered by the endowments.

So they are getting a 100% free Princeton education?
Boy they sure do have it tough!
