I watched the "As it Happened" footage from that day from WFAA. When they interview the Neuman family, who were standing on the grassy knoll, he certain the shot came from behind him where the fence is. I'll choose to believe him over a Netflix doc.

One things for sure- you don’t know WTF you are talking about. This release has been scheduled for a LONG time, way before Trump, and has to be completed by Thursday. All Trump said is that he probably isn’t going to block the release.
