I'm pleased with the instant karma here and don't feel bad for the perp in the least but you can't tear arse around a Walmart parking lot like you're in a Jason Statham movie. Had she hit an innocent bystander people would be calling her criminally reckless and it sounds like she could have just as easily done that instead. Luckily, there was a good end result here but it's not shocking that she caught a charge.
