Friend had a near flooding issue, his Honda water pump crapped out so I went over with my HF one that had zero issues. I have a HF wood chipper and a gas powered auger and they've all worked flawlessly.

Yes they are good, I know several guys that use them and have had no problems. I bought a Coleman from Tractor Supply because it has propane hook up.

I have the 2000W inverter and it runs like a champ. They are great generators for the money. I run an AC unit and lights in my race trailer and get about 7 hours off of a gallon of gas. It's so quiet I don't even notice it running. I'll likely pick up another one if I catch them on sale again.

harbor freight power tools are pure garbage, hand tools are pretty decent quality though
Sounds like you are the one who is garbage with tools. I have a sawsall from HF that is more than 10 years old and has probably around 300 hours on it of fitting flooded homes, and cutting scrap metal. It got left in rain for weeks by a guy on a job site and still runs like a champ.

The Predator 3500 Invertor is actually really good. I have a travel trailer and everyone swears by them for running a travel trailer.

I heard the Powerhorse Inverter Generator — 3500 Surge Watts is the exact same thing as the Predator 3500. Can anyone else confirm?

ive been looking at the powerland tri fuel generators, they give a really easy conversion between gasoline, natural gas, propane
just get a plumber to add a natural gas connection next to your meter and connect that bad boy up
then you can use it on the road if need be

This exact thread is on the outdoors board. Most of the posters on there like them and they use them in camps and outside.
NVM I’d see a poster earlier linked the OB thread.

Yup. Alot of ppl also don't realize that most Kawasaki engines used in America, are made in America.
People would also be shocked how many things they buy, that they assume are American made, aren't. Big box stores are full of "Sea-can stock"

I bought one of their little 900w generators. A Harbor Freight guy gave me a tip about replacing the entire spark plug wire & connection to the magneto (the original is garbage an causes problems). 2-stroke, but runs a very long time on a gallon of gas, and not quiet but not horribly loud. Had it as an auxiliary on and RV, but it was so cheap to run that I used it way more than the main generator. I think I paid about $120, but I've seen them on sale as low as $90.
