Yeah, best to stick to the truth. They give you a certificate when you are done. Pre trials are usually required for expungement.

You have now violated twice. PTI usually doesn't give too many second chances. If you are fortunate enough to survive this, I suggest you start taking your freedom seriously.

You do realize that if you fail out of PTI, you will be prosecuted for the original offense. Your actions on PTI will be held against you and they will hammer your arse in Court. They will load you up with Special Conditions and costs.

It's time to grow up.

Signed,

A Probation Officer

You had 3 drinks on Sunday night and nothing until your test on Tuesday at 3pm?

It's doubtful you will fail. I bet the ETG was gone with 41 hours of clearance time.

She has heard that excuse 10000 times and even jokes about it. They even warn you not to drink mouthwash.

If you are lucky, your community service will be doubled and you pay more and are in the program longer.

But in reality you are probably gonna get booted

Don't admit to anything.

These meetings are scheduled a month in advance, man. Come on.

Sounds like your charges need to be put back on the docket and set for trial.

Pre-trial intervention isn't there to give dumbasses chance after chance after chance.

I've been through all the shite, and have taken my licks. It pisses me off to see people toss away breaks and sit back and hope for another.

Suck it up and accept responsibility for once.

Great point. People often don't take Probation seriously until they violate and find themselves facing time for something stupid.

Any experienced PO can see right through the bullshite because they've seen it a thousand times.

You failed it for an official test or a breath lock on your car?

IIRC the official tests don't test for alcohol, they test for an enzyme the body releases to break down alcohol l, thus why it would show up 48 hours later.

Dude, you must have a shitty Probation officer.

I got to schedule all of my tests so I wouldn't fail. And is it really that hard to not fail for alcohol? Grow up
