I do most of my shopping there for a family of 4. I buy meat on sale at Albertson's and Hi Nabor. It's great for the staples. Specialty items are a little harder to find there.
They did have lambchops and leg of lamb on sale the other day for 6.99/lb. I can't even find lamb in most grocery stores around here.

Speaking of Ascension Parish stuff, what on earth are they doing to Bluff Road? The construction is terrible and the parts they've paved over are only making the road even worse.

Yes, they did that here in Slidell. Aldi can kiss my arse. I'll never do business in their shrunken Schweggman's.
