Baton Rouge Jefferson Terrace Customers in Jefferson Terrace remain without power Sunday morning. Transmission workers were able to complete repairs to the transmission lines about 3 a.m. Sunday. Additional damage, identified this morning to the distribution lines serving the homes and businesses in the area, will prolong the restoration effort. Additional restoration crews from other areas have joined the Baton Rouge crews to assist the restoration effort. This work is off road, on very wet ground, which hampers restoration efforts. Power restoration is expected to be completed by 5 p.m. Sunday, April 15.

I watched them all leave at two and “ the mats” were piled up . Not sure who is where now and What they are doing but I’m expecting another delay announcement soon . Maybe somebody in the biz could tell us what they are dealing with.

My folks live on Idlewood and they got their power back on at 1700 yesterday. Drove thru JT today and there was a lot of debris people put out to be picked up. Also a tree fell on a house near the school.

Imma send Charlie over there on his bike to show them how to get this shite done. Charlie from the JT don’t play this slow game. And I’m going to send that old Chinese woman that walks at a speed of 1/18 of one mph in the street at 6 am when there are perfectly good sidewalks 10 feet away. See if she can get them moving.

Would you rather they work on high voltage when they're tired? Most of those dudes put in long hours during a storm. I'm sure they're doing the best they can.

It's not high voltage when there's no voltage.
