LSU has the same problem with overbuilding apartments around campus. The existing stock couldn't possibly be filled as it is now without flooded hood rats on section 8. Needs to get reeled in somehow.

This makes me so happy about how Auburn and most the students handled the possible landmine with ANTIFA and Spencer a month ago.

Residence halls are a little different than trailer parks but I think the issue has more to do with loss of tenants.

Such a shame. While it was obviously built poorly, that was a fun place to hang out during the summer when it first opened.
