Possible shoot-out in Diamond Head, HI neighborhood

A few blocks from me. Of course neighbors talk, but the rumor is a couple cops shot and a shoot-out that’s still happening. The house is loaded with ammo and is on fire so there’s lots of explosions I’m hearing. Looks like another house is possibly catching on fire too.
This is in the Kahala neighborhood in Oahu.

Now it sounds like 3 officers shot. 1 dead, 1 critical.
ETA: A total of 12 homes have been affected by the fire on Hibiscus Drive so far with at least five homes are a total loss.
