Go to a hole in the wall gas station that does it and they will take down your info and slap a 2 year sticker on in 5 minutes.

They are also trying to enact a law for ticketing drivers for "having a phone in their hand." I'm just glad they are spending this time chasing down these true criminals.

It was more in reference to the wasted money and man hours to pursue these tickets. They original tried it with just texting, etc., rather than talking on the phone because there is no way in telling if people had the phones on speaker or not. Lot of wasted hours for tickets that couldn't be proven and essentially were thrown out.
