911 is a classic. There's no doubt about that.

The new 718 GTS is a beaut as well! Saw this in Las Colinas today:

and LOL@Resto triggering the frick out of that MA baw.

Resto is partially correct. Huge Porsche following in HP but the flavor of the month is Audi

A 996?

Triple that and you might be in the game for a decent normally aspirated one.

I really have no response for this.

Just keep your Camry, I guess.

The only reason that I'm not all in for the 911 as the perfect super car is the silhouette. mainly of the cabriolet. Somehow the rear quarter looks bulbous and awkward to me when the top is cut. As a coupe it's pretty close to perfect... much better in the past few years than ever IMO. Even though the air cooled slantnose is such a legend, I never liked the look....at all.

I agree that the cabriolet’s have a ‘turtle back’ look to them that takes away from the look of the car. Check out the Targa model. Walking through the Porsche Corral @ the Rolex 24 a couple months ago, other than the gt3, the Targa 4 GTS was the most stunning car of the lot, it looked stunning with the top up or down.

He must be thinking of the 993. 996’s are cheap right now.

LINK.... The sounds!

Porsche 911RSR... Best sounding racecar on the track. Well, maybe a close second behind the Corvette C7R IMO.
