2. Daniel's counter sued for defamation which is very difficult against a public figure. Trump was terrified of being deposed even after being called a coward over and over by the attorney. Trumps lawyers begged for their lawsuit and the counter suit to both be dropped after trump ran his mouth about suing Daniel's. Trump is petrified of going under oath.

3. Daniel's got the $100k and fricked trump in the arse by totally laughing at the nondisclosure agreement.
