Wonder how the folks at CNN will handle this

After his failed attempt of bringing forward another liar hurt the main case, Liberals went after him, even going as far as claiming he is a double agent. No one believed the clown he brought forward, and many claimed he and his client are a big reason for the failed Forde attempt.

It is enjoyable watching them eat their own.

As usual idiot trumpkin doesnt live in reality.

1. Trump dropped his lawsuit against Daniel's because he was terrified of testifying.

2. Daniel's counter sued for defamation which is very difficult against a public figure. Trump was terrified of being deposed even after being called a coward over and over by the attorney. Trumps lawyers begged for their lawsuit and the counter suit to both be dropped after trump ran his mouth about suing Daniel's. Trump is petrified of going under oath.

3. Daniel's got the $100k and fricked trump in the arse by totally laughing at the nondisclosure agreement.

Trump got bitch slapped all over the place on this one after running his ignorant mouth and talking big.

Ok, firstly, WHAT AN EMBARASSMENT YOU ARE

Do you even Swetnick man? This is a completely different client. And yes that investigation is over. Kav is now on the Supreme Court
quote:

The Senate Judiciary Committee referred lawyer Michael Avenatti and his client Julie Swetnick to the Justice Department for a criminal investigatio.

And you do know that Stormys lawsuit got tossed, and she is now required to pay Trumps attorney. Right?
quote:

A federal district court judge in California ruled to dismiss Stormy Daniels’ defamation lawsuit against President Donald Trump, and ordered the adult film star to pay his legal fees.

There was corroboration to Deborah Ramirez's story

The referral specifically named Swetnick and her sworn statement. Try again

it is an investigation about the accusations against him

Again, its a criminal referral about the sword statement by Julie Swetnick. There is no investigation of Kav, because hes already on the Supreme Court. And can only be removed by 67 votes out of 100 Senators. Aint happening

like Roche and Rasor and many more Yale classmates

They were all asked. None of them remember ever meeting Swetnick, or attending any parties with her

Youre stupid, btw

No it is not an investigation "of" Kavanaugh, it is an investigation about the accusations against him...which includes him. The farce investigation set forth by Flake was not criminal, extremely limited in scope and 100% controlled by the white house. This however is now a criminal investigation and will be much more in depth including depositions from scores of other people that were never even contacted during the last so-called investigation like Roche and Rasor and many more Yale classmates whos names were provided to the FBI, yet they refused to interview.

So you're saying a referral investigation focused on Swetnick and Avenatti will just keep going and take it upon themselves to investigate Kavanaugh again?

How about you read this:
LINK
quote:

In the NBC News interview that aired on Oct. 1, Swetnick back-tracked on or contradicted parts of her sworn statement where she alleged she witnessed then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh "cause girls to become inebriated and disoriented so they could then be 'gang raped' in a side room or bedroom by a 'train' of boys."

NBC News also found other apparent inconsistencies in a second sworn statement from another woman whose statement Avenatti provided to the Senate Judiciary Committee in a bid to bolster Swetnick's claims.

quote:

According to the second woman's declaration that Avenatti provided to the Senate Judiciary Committee, she said: "During the years 1981-82, I witnessed firsthand Brett Kavanaugh, together with others, 'spike' the 'punch' at house parties I attended with Quaaludes and/or grain alcohol. I understood this was being done for the purpose of making girls more likely to engage in sexual acts and less likely to say 'No.'"

quote:

But reached by phone independently from Avenatti on Oct. 3, the woman said she only "skimmed" the declaration. After reviewing the statement, she wrote in a text on Oct. 4 to NBC News: "It is incorrect that I saw Brett spike the punch. I didn't see anyone spike the punch...I was very clear with Michael Avenatti from day one."

You care to explain to me why you are quoting a different poster in a response to me?
My response to your statement however is no one involved in the Kavanaugh accusations has been "proven" a liar, not Kavanaugh and not the accusers...a real investigation will make that determination.

Just wow! You show an even lower level of intelligence and thought processing as Mr. Bean. The investigation is into the Swetnick/Avenatti accusations made against Kavanaugh you frickwit! Of course the investigation will include Kavanaugh's side of the story and whose version has the most evidence supporting it. Do you choose to be this dense in that sorry excuse for grey matter between your ears or does it just come naturally?
