My two favorite Popeyes stories:
Same manager at this Popeyes for at least 5 years. 40 something black lady, always super nice, hair done up, nails done, the works. Some guy comes up to the dine in in counter and orders like 25 Tuesday 2 piece specials. She’s not taking the orders but is taxing orders and overhears him. Then she says “Nuh-uhhhh, you caint be orderin that baby. You gots to call ahead or fax that in...” Guy just stands there baffled for a second and she says “NEXT!” And starts taking the order of the next customer in line.
Second, this particular Popeyes is across the street from a high school and one day there was a table of maybe 6-7 black Jr/Sr boys being a little loud and caring on like all 16-17 year old boys tend to do. Well I guess they had been in there for a while cause an employee who looked and sounded just like Madea comes out to the dining area to clean up. “Aight, y’all need to be gettin outta here. I done told y’all not to be comin up in here wit that nonsense”. And literally chases them out with a broom.

Gaurantee you they are not meeting or reporting the criteria for that.

About 30 to 60ish bucks a check claiming 8 to 12 exemptions
A woman in my company brags about it. Paid less than a grand in and got a 6k refund. It's pretty messed up to me.
