There isn't much they can do to improve the community. The problem is that no one wants to take responsibility to for their actions and current situations. They make irresponsible decisions that impact others. Constantly having fatherless children only hurts the situation.

The unwillingness of activists to become enraged when the black victim is law abiding is really puzzling. A few years ago in Houston a black h.s. senior, honor student with perfect grades, forgot his license. The police arrested him and put him in jail for the no license violation. He stayed in jail for about a day.
There was a small blurb about it in the Houston paper but nothing ever happened. There was no anger.
