Police standoff in NW Houston - suspect in custody and summary in OP

shooting suspect led police on a chase...been here for ~10 mins they said
6 dead - 4 are children (ages 4 to 13)
1 wounded
Woman left abusive husband
Moved in with her sister's family in Spring
Abusive husband shows up and kills 4 children, 2 adults and another person is in ICU with a head wound
Shooter is observed leaving in a car
Car is cornered in a cul de sac by police
Shooter is inside car
Admins have been updating but this is beaver again: at 10 CT the suspect got out and surrendered
