Protip-An unarmed guy with his hands up is not a threat. Yet they blasted him with a bean bag.

Weird, I have been pulled over by the police, and have seen them around town multiple times, yet I have never been shot by them. I wonder why that is.
You're acting like cops are rolling around shooting every person they come in contact with while ignoring the situations that the suspect has put himself in to.
I feel confident in knowing that I will never be shot by the police, and everyone should feel that way if they obey the law.

I didn’t see anything drop out of his hands. Yes the first shot when he was standing in front of his open car door was rubber slugs from a shotgun.
