Their job is to neutralize a threat. She was handcuffed, and with her little arse, effectively neutralized. There was no power in that kick. All they had to do was drag her to a bench , sit her arse down and cuff her to that, problem solved.

Beating a woman who barely touched him with a wimpy olive oil kick didn't deserve that retaliation. She was not a threat. So I guess if a private citizen was grazed by a puny kick by a skinny woman, he could beat her arse with impunity not getting arrested.

Yea, right.

Don't kick a cop and when they say stay put, you stay put. Not very hard.

This all day. Don't resist when told not to resist. Why is this so hard for people like LSUTangarine to understand?

I don't think anyone is disagreeing that she shouldn't have kicked an officer, but the response was disproportionate . shite, she is not Rhonda Rousey.

They should be fired and charged. That is unacceptable.

ETA: Acceptable force is only the amount necessary to stop the threat.

I don't hate cops. I do loathe cops who are supposed to uphold the law, but abuse their power and break the law. Are okay with cops who abuse their power and break a law?

Look. I've been here a long time and I get your schtick. But sometimes you must realize that these things happen. And although they are awful the fact that you publicize these things are terrible. I mean you are known for it.

No one takes you seriously anymore.

That would bother me I guess

And the reply would be blah blah blah so let it happen?

There isn't a good answer to this but a VAST majority of the time there is a perpetrator. You should realize this.

I usually side with the cops but for some reason these two are just WAY worse than most I have seen, these 2 need to be locked up for life IMO.

My threads get the clicks and replies. No it does not bother me what people think of me on a message board. I don't know why it would bother you.

I bet if she was black you'd file a wrongfully terminated suit.

i edited. I think what bothers me is that you come on here time and time again and spew this hatred of cops or anti etstablishment. I know that you might be pissed at how other people are treated but rather than spew rhetoric on a message board go out and do something.

No. I post specific information and comments about abusive cops. Not once have I generalized. If you think I have, please point me to one instance. Just one.
