Why do they have pictures of these guys? Oh wait...they are mugshots? You telling me these guys have been arrested before? fricking criminal justice system is a joke. Throw the fricking keys away on repeat offenders.

I'm ok with giving someone a second chance on a DUI, drug offense or basically anything non violent. If you have multiple robbery, assault, rape or murder charges, then you should be doing 10-20+ years.

I think the priest called NOPD on behalf of the criminal. I read one article that said they had spoken and the criminal had agreed to turn himself in.
Some articles say pastor and some say priest.
