A lawyer making wild and unsubstantiated claims in a filing where he also requests multi-millions of dollars in damages? GTFO.
Reminds me of my buddy who bumped the car ahead of him at a stoplight and the subsequent lawsuit when he was sued for millions. The lawyer wrote that he "recklessly crashed his vehicle into the client at deadly speeds with the apparent attempt to injure." We weren't even sure they were referring to the same wreck.
