Heard that three School Buses in St Tammany were “victims” of the catalyst capers last week.

The owner of one of the buses got an estimate of $13k to repair & replace.

Couple of the buses that park at MSC on HWY 1088 got hit at night.

Ain't worth the trouble. About $100 worth after removed and before being sent to a precious metals smelter so $25-$50 at most.

The Platinum is on an alumina substrate honeycomb and has to be sent to a precious metals smelter and at best one gets 50% of value of precious metal, and that was before Newtron/Clinton legislation on emissions. For passenger cars and pickups ain't worth the effort

And of course insurance won't cover it.

Nothing will be done to those caught doing it.
