That was a great ending.
It had everything. The criminals made sure the kids were taken care of by family before getting apprehended and then there was a great foot chase with a cop busting his arse.
Nobody seriously injured.
10/10, we need more car chases on TV.

I've seen a few get away. The copter has massive blind spots. That dude would have easily gotten away if he wasn't a fat arse and had half a brain.
The less pressure from the cops allows the criminal to make a plan, arm himself, let his people get involved (as you can see here), and stroll of hundreds of miles instead of the average pursuit which is under a mile in length.
They did well here with a helo but most departments don't have them and the bitch arse public wants them to let all the criminals get away. The backing off tactic wouldn't have worked without the helo and they always lost the fat frick 5 times with the damn helo.
