For all those that bitch because the cops don't back off on high speed chases, this fricker is still running red lights and running cars off the road with no cops in sight for 10 mins. Criminals will be criminals, may as well catch them.

I looked at flight tracking app, there are currently six helicopters including CHP above him haha no way he thinks he's getting away
