The perception outside of the South, is that whites act consistent with Jim Crow whites.

I try to explain all the time. The only time i ever hear the N-word is from black mouths

And most white people in the South, by a HUUUGE margin, rarely even think about black people (outside of black folks we know personally). . .much less obsess over their oppression, or worry they might be succeeding. . .or whatever the race pimps tell you whites are doing behind closed doors.
