Tie rope to door knob, toss rope over top of door, put around neck, take drugs, pass out, strangle, die.

I mean you can drown with a tablespoon of water. I don't see why hanging yourself from a doorknob is such a crazy idea.

You can also tie your hands and feet together so as to not be able to move out of it.

I don't know why you would hang yourself like that though, at least a hang with a fall to break your neck would hopefully make it quick.

They tie it up so when they do drop down (or cannonball) it is enough pressure to have you feel the tingle, then black out. You have to want it to happen, or it wont.
