I live in Knox Henderson which is about a mile north of uptown right on 75. I did google maps on my phone to Mckinney ,TX right now and it says 33 minutes. No traffic right now so if I hauled arse I could probably make it in 27 ish....Not sure how someone can make it to Mckinney from uptown in 17 minutes. It's 30 miles.

Railhead has it right... Life is too short to live in Dallas.

grew up in Plano, I remember when Custer Rd was gravel North of Renner

Collin Creek Mall was cow pasture

I75 was a 4 lane suicidal thrill ride with entrance and exit ramps as short my Johnson

I could go on and on

then some guy named Perot moved his company out to Plano, anyway, Plano 's cool, better than downtown

FYI: Checked my time this morning. Turned on the car @ 6:44, turned it off at 7am.

This is from my home to Nokia. So I was off by a minute during non-rush hour. But I also treat the PGBT like its the Autobahn.
